Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Union BJJ is a Brazilian jiu jitsu club based in Manchester city centre affiliated to 6th degree Carlson Gracie black belt Att Wpb Parrumpa Bjj. Parrumpa is the head BJJ coach for American Top Team’s pro fight team and a trainer of countless world BJJ champions, UFC fighters and more. We believe in creating a friendly and safe environment where the focus is not just on you and your personal development but also on becoming part of a team.

We welcome people from all backgrounds, all walks of life and all shapes and sizes. Whether you’ve trained in BJJ before, whether you’re brand new to the art or whether you’re just visiting Manchester for a few days please come and join us on this journey. It will be a pleasure to have you on the mats with us.

We have classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening and your first session is free. Please send us a message if you have any questions whatsoever.

Beginners & Drilling: Mon & Wed: 7-8pm

Intermediate: Mon & Wed 8-9pm

Thursday: Competition Class 7-8pm

Friday: Recap and Roll 7-8.30pm

BJJ: £56 per month by direct debit

£65 per month for BJJ & Kickboxing unlimited.
